Education

Generations Ahead is the go-to organization for educating, organizing and strategizing on the social justice implications of genetic technologies. In 2008, we reached more than 538 people directly through 22 presentations, briefings and events.

Briefings and Presentations

Generations Ahead reaches hundreds people per year through on-on-one briefings and presentations conducted year round. Our presentation provides a broad overview of the most pressing genetic technologies affecting social justice organization. Typically, we will meet with an individual and return to provide organization-wide briefings.

Events

Generations Ahead gets invited to speak at many public forums and events throughout the country. Some of these include events hosted by: American Public Health Association, Association of Reproductive Health Professionals, Facing Race, National Gay and Lesbian Task Force, Harvard University, Genetic Alliance.
